How do I register for the ELEVATE 2017 Conference and what is the cost?
There are a few way in which you can register for ELEVATE 2017 – The Command Alkon Conference. The easiest and quickest way is to visit our online registration page and click on the “Register” link. This will bring up a form that will allow you to sign-up and pay online. If you need to speak with a person to register, please contact Rachael Hutchison at +1-205-879-3282 Ext. 1133.
Do I need to register separately for Training Days separately?
You can register and pay for our Training Days event and ELEVATE Conference registration all at one time. On this form, you can let us know which Training Days class or classes (if doing two-days of training) you are signing up for. This will allow us to monitor class attendance and help us ensure that equipment is available for you if taking a “hands-on” class.
What is the cancellation policy? Notify us 7 days in advance of the Conference start and receive a full refund.
Can someone attend in my place if I am not able to attend?
Yes. Please contact us so that we can switch the reservation name. You will need to contact the hotel as well to make them aware of the guest name change.
Can I bring a guest to the social events? Yes. We have a special Guest/Spouse package that allows your guest to join you at all meals, and the trade show/reception(s). Please Add the Guest/Spouse Option when filling out the conference registration form.
When and where is the event taking place?
The ELEVATE Conference is taking place November 8th and 9th at the New Orleans Hilton Riverside.

Am I limited to which classes I can attend?
No. Once you pay for your conference registration you are free to attend any class available. We do have suggested “tracks” of training as suggested guidelines, but it is up to pick and choose how you would like to fill up your time. For our Training Days event, we do ask that you let us know ahead of time which class(es) you are interested in so that we can make sure to have enough equipment available.
How do I schedule a one-on-one consultation with a Command Alkon Service Professional in the Labs?
Information on how to do this coming soon. Past attendees have told us that the labs themselves more than pay for their trips to the conference in terms of issues resolved.
What are “hands-on” classes?
Classes designated “hands-on” at the conference will have computers/laptops running Command Alkon software for you to use. The class instructor will have you follow along on your computer, allowing you to input items, see results, and familiarize yourself with the location of different functions within the software.
What is the dress code?
At the ELEVATE 2017 Conference we want you to be comfortable. There is no “dress code” per se. We do recommend that you bring some type of jacket or sweater that can easily be added or removed. Although we do our best to keep classrooms comfortable, we do realize that rooms can sometimes become too warm or too cool. Please dress accordingly.
Which meals are provided at the conference?

Will I receive a certificate for attending the conference?
Certificates will be available upon request. Please stop by the on-site Conference Registration/Information desk and we will print you a certificate to take back with you.
